Credit Bureau - Our scoring is done primarily on the Experian FICO score. Minimum FICO score for approval is 650 or
higher. We will also pull a secondary credit report (either Equifax or TransUnion).
Bank & Trade References - Minimum bank reference is a Low 4, but preferred is Med 4. Up to $50,000, transaction may not
require actual bank and trade checks (may be scored on cbr + D&B info).
Restaurants/Chiropractors/Tanning - Required: minimum 5 years in business, $7,000+ bank balance, no new locations,
existing equipment location must be 2+ years, and site inspection ($200 fee).
Corp- Only Approvals - Lessee must be: (1) 75 employees or more per D&B (2) 68 paydex (3) minimum low 6 bank (4) 10 or
more years in business (5) Substantial D&B footprint (6) Comparable corp- only term credit reference.
Application - Only $25,000 to $50,000 - Med 4 bank balance clean trade and D&B history. Minimum 3 years in business.
Application - Only $50,000 to $75,000 - Require High 4 bank balance, clean D&B required, and good equipment. Minimum 4
years in business.
Bank References - Low 4 (up to $25,000), Med 4 (up to $50,000), High 4 (up to $75,000)
