What Is Your Refund Policy?
The Merchant account application fee is non-refundable. All equipment/software or internet virtual terminal sales are final. All expenses (i.e. programming fees, credit reports, overnight delivery of packages, any type of postage/shipping) are non-refundable. Customer found to be on a MATCH/TMF (terminated merchant file) will not be refunded. CreditCardProcessor.com, Inc. will make every possible opportunity to insure a speedy merchant account approval.

You can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, Government purchasing cards, JCB, Maestro, Honor, Pulse, IMPACT, Private Label Credit Cards, Private Label Fleet cards. All, but VISA and MasterCard, require separate approval.

Do You carry solutions for mac/apple systems? No. software for macintosh operating systems have been discontinued. However, CCP provides solutions allowing you to process transactions from any computer running WIN 95/98/NT/2000/XP operating systems.

How Easy is it to install? Can i call for help?
The difficulty of installation for our software programs varies greatly. However, all new merchant accounts receive a complimentary complete walk through via tele-training. On site training installation is dependent upon availability and location, but we are always open to answer any questions you may have about your new credit card processing system. Our multi-lingual training department can be reached monday through friday during normal business operating hours.
